If you like big days with multiple tops, hands out of your pockets teetering, clambering up and down, uncompromising steep slopes and thin edges, this is the trip for you.
The Kintail and Torridon mountains are famous for their great classic ridges, some broad, grassy and perfect for romping along, others definitely not.
Targets could include the South Cluanie ridge, the Five Sisters, Liathach, Alligin and Beinn Eighe. What’s more to do? Just book!
Nb. This trip is full on from the start and participants should have a good level of mountain fitness beforehand and at least a readiness to get hands out of pockets at times. These are not suited to people known to have vertigo problems, for whom private guiding might be more suitable.
