Over the past 50 years, there has been a sea-change in the teaching of navigation. People who complete the day will, in addition to gaining a wealth of understanding about navigation, and ideas for disseminating that information to others, be able to assist in the delivery of Bronze Navigator courses under the guidance and supervision of an existing authorised NNAS course director. This course is required CPD for all existing NNAS course providers within 3 years.
This is a non-residential course with indoor and outdoor components and delivered from our base in Stirling. courses can be delivered elsewhere by arrangement.

Carbon Conservation - Give Something Back

Covers: A structured approach for introducing navigation to novices: maps, orientation, scales, routine, distance judgement, routine, route decisions, etc.

Have a practical understanding of navigation.
Be passionate about enthusing others to gain a reliable understanding of navigation.
Be interested in delivering, or assisting in the delivery of, NNAS cources.
