Availability is shown on individual Holiday Pages and on Holidays/Courses by Date pages. If availability is limited you may wish to contact us before booking. If your chosen activity is no longer available, we will be happy to put you on a reserve list.
Booking Your Holiday
Online: Click the Book Now button on the holiday page against your chosen date
Post: Download our Postal Booking Form and return it to us

When you book, regardless of the method used you will need to supply us with:
- Your contact details
- Your preferred meeting place
- Payment details
Also for each member of your party please supply the following;
- Dietary requirements
- Health conditions
- Emergency contact
You will also need to confirm that you have read and agree to our booking conditions.
Please note that by making the booking you are liable for payment for all members of your party.
If booking more than 6 weeks in advance and your chosen activity is greater than £250 you only need to pay a 20% deposit to guarantee your space.
If booking online or by telephone you will need to pay by either credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or debit card (Maestro, Visa Debit). Please note we cannot accept Visa Electron or Amex cards. There is a 1% surcharge on payments over £50 make by credit/charge card but not debit cards.
If booking by post you also have the option of paying by cheque or bank draft drawn on a UK bank.
If you book online, you will receive both an automated email response and a personalised email. It is the personalised email (sent on the first available working day) that confirms the booking has been received at our office and that a space is available. Written confirmation of your booking and detailed information on your activity will be sent out to you, normally by post. If you prefer to receive this by email let us know, but note that a number of attachments are involved. You will normally receive written confirmation within 2 weeks of us receiving your booking.
Paying Your Balance
If you paid a deposit only, then your balance payment is due 6 weeks before commencement of your activity. Please note if we do not receive your payment by this date you will be deemed to have cancelled and your space may be offered to someone else. Your confirmation letter will explain how to make the payment.
On receipt of your balance payment, final confirmation will be sent out 4 – 6 weeks before departure (this may be as late as 2 weeks for activities less than 5 days duration). Please note, that we advise not making non-refundable travel arrangements prior to receipt of your final confirmation.
If you Need to Cancel
You must advise us in writing if you need to cancel. Depending upon the date at which you cancel you may be entitled to a partial refund. This will be processed promptly by our office. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover you in the event of cancellation.
